Shipping conditions

These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop holzwerk-uhren.ch.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and optionally to EU countries.

2. Processing time

All orders will be processed after payment has been received.

Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery time

Our products (wooden watches and jewelry) are manufactured and shipped by an international production partner.

The estimated delivery time is 7–25 working days.

In individual cases (customs clearance, holidays, international logistics or force majeure) delays may occur.

The stated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Partial deliveries

Multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments. There are no additional shipping costs.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

6. Customs and import duties

In rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply to shipments from abroad. These are to be borne by the recipient.

7. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).

8. Delivery delays

We accept no liability for delays outside our control (e.g. customs, strikes, natural disasters).

9. Wrong address

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, there is no entitlement to a free replacement delivery or refund.

10. Uncollected shipments

Shipments that are not accepted or collected may be subject to return shipping costs and processing fees.

11. Damaged or lost shipments

Damage or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to info@holzwerk-uhren.ch.
